To prevent tunneling, ensure that you burn your candle long enough during the first light so that the wax melts completely to the edge of the glass (about 2-3 hours). This creates a 'wax memory' for clean burns in the future.

Trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before every single burn is crucial. It prevents black soot, controls flame height, and ensures your candle burns evenly and lasts up to 25% longer.

Once 1/2 inch of wax remains, stop burning the candle. Carefully pour hot water into the jar to melt the remaining wax, which will float to the top. Once cooled, remove the wax disc, wash the jar with soap and warm water, and reuse it as a planter, cosmetic brush holder, or storage jar.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, a flat shipping fee of $7.50 is applied. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for $15.

Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our wellness, skincare, and candles, we only accept returns on unused, unopened, and original-packaged items within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.

Yes, we ship globally! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country. Please note that customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes may be levied by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
